Here is something to get excited about.
How would you like sipping your cocktail, enjoying delicious food while watching the sun go down in front of you?
If that sounds like your cup of tea (or mojito), make your way to Suite 48!
A recent discovery of mine (thank you Instagram location tags!!), this Suite 48 is nothing like any other restaurant in Paphos.
Despite being hidden away between two big hotels, it is cramped with locals and their families, and – admittedly- the occasional tourist in speedos.
Forget about white plastic chairs and bleached-out sun-loungers.
Suite 48 has style and it’s not afraid to show it off.
The first time I spotted this location on Instagram, I jumped with joy at the sight of green grass.
If you don’t live in Cyprus, you must know – the green grass is a commodity of high value and not that easily available under your tanned feet in any restaurant.
Perfect if you have a little person in your family who likes to run with the wind, roll on the floor, or climb on the bed with their shoes on.
While adults can embark on adventures of their own – starting with the wine list of course!
The beach bar has plenty of options to drown your worries and make you feel like you’re just visiting a local winery.
The most important part – yes, you can lie on the bed and get your drinks served there.
I haven’t quite mastered that yet, but on my next visit, this is where you will find me.
Along with 6 teenagers posing for Instagram photos.
If you prefer to take the center stage, then this bed was made for you.
Time your visit just an hour or so before the sunset and you can say goodbye to another beautiful day with a cocktail and a stunning view.
Let’s not forget why we are really here – the food!
The menu is extensive and really impressive.
Gourmet burgers, sandwiches, fresh salads of all varieties, delicious fresh smoothies, juices, and a long list of cocktails to choose from.
Be prepared – the portions are massive, so get your starvation mode on before you come for dinner or lunch!
If you’re staying for a holiday in Paphos, Suite 48 comes highly recommended for dinner.
