La Lianta de Quini is a small restaurant in the Jewish Quarters of Cordoba and owned by the same group as the place I reviewed earlier – La Chiquita de Quini.
Unlike the previous place, La Lianta feels much more cosy, hidden on a tiny alleyway leading out of the old town, with beautiful seating framed by plants in the front.
The lights looked so inviting as I walked past one evening that I couldn’t resist a visit, to see what hides inside.
At first glance, it reminded me of a little winery bar, with comfy chairs, a very cosy atmosphere, and lovely music as a company. Unlike La Chiquita, this place has a very friendly, professional and attentive service.
As I already had dinner earlier that night, I didn’t taste any of the tapas, so can’t make any comments on the food, but I would happily recommend anyone popping in for a drink.
It’s quite well hidden from the main traffic route, so I would suspect it doesn’t get as crowded. They also have a bigger space inside, with a stage for live music and restaurant seating further at the back.
Lovely place I would happily return to on my next trip to Cordoba!
